Work Summary:
General Project Manager Duties The Project Manager’s duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining the project plan Managing and reporting on project schedules Managing and reporting on the project budget Preparing a Project Charter Assembling and managing the project team, consistent with the Company's standard protocols Preparing other Statement of Work documentation, as required Proactively identifying and managing variances to the project schedule and budget Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to the project Maintaining Risk Management, Change Management, and Issues Management logs Ensuring accurate project billing Ensuring appropriate project financial management processes are in place Ensuring all project communications and change management needs are addressed Ensuring appropriate and timely implementation planning is conducted for successful delivery of the full business solution Producing and maintaining all documentation deemed relevant and to the standards required by the Company Adhering to the Company's Project Management Methodology Leading team meetings and assisting with chairing executive meetings, as required Producing status reports consistent with Company protocol Working effectively with executive level resources
