Infrastructure Coordinator

Work Summary:
  • Assisting in the planning, design, development, and deployment of infrastructure of enhancements to existing an new applications.
  • Independently manage both support and project related to infrastructure tasks.
  • Support desktop application rollouts, installation of new software releases, and troubleshooting of infrastructure problems.
Must be highly self motivated and directed. Must demonstrate proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to effectively prioritize saks. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication are essential.
Skills:
  • A degree in diploma in information technology, computer science
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues
  • Determine the most appropriate hardware, operation systems, or network configurations, for information technology products and coordinates required product upgrades and enhancements
  • Remotely manage server software including custom, in-house web applications, IIS, SQL Server, Sharepoint and other third party applications
  • Coordination and implementation of various desktop application software for a large installation with multiple remote locations
  • Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (both remote and local teams).
  • Experience with Windows server administration (including IIS and SQL Server)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, documentation, and associated plans for application administration and disaster recovery
  • Monitor and update system backups and recovery
